Serving Austin and surrounding communities. Welcome...

Voted Rookie of The Year 2009 with Stanberry and Associates.
As a native Texan, I have lived and worked in the Central Texas area my whole life.  I have served the public for the past 16 years as a paramedic and worked for Austin/Travis County EMS since 1998 which has allowed me to gain great knowledge of all locations in the city and county as well.  I have been trusted and proven with countless interactions of people in times of need.  My dedication and personal sacrifice to the well-being of the public describes my character.  I incorporate my excellent communication and interpersonal skills to reassure those in times of need or to simply communicate and listen.  I bring my leadership skills to the real estate world by joining the proven company of Stanberry and Associates to extend my assistance to you with any of your real estate needs.
I believe in placing the person I am working with first.  I am a dedicated professional and person in everything I do from being a soccer coach to helping you with any real estate matter you may have.  My profession is not just my job, it is a lifestyle.
I call Central Texas home with my wife and two children.  When I am not involved with clients, I enjoy being active in the fitness and the outdoor world as well as volunteering my time to youth sports.
My memberships include:
  • Austin/Bastrop Board of Realtors®
  • NAR - National Association of Realtors®
  • TAR - Texas Association of Realtors®

My philosophy of being an advocate for persons in need continues into my real estate business, making sure your real estate wants and needs are first.  As a member of the associations I am a REALTOR®, which is held to higher standards than the traditional sales agents.  I look forward to hearing from you with any real estate matter you may have.
Sincerely,

                                          About The Austin Area

What do prospective homeowners need to know?
Prospective homeowners need to know that Austin, Texas is different than other markets. Unlike cities that saw drastic increases in median price over the past two years, Central Texas experienced a steady growth in home appreciation. Even so, the average Central Texas home purchased six years ago appreciated by 20%. Our local population has also grown by at least 30% every 10 years since 1970 and is on track to do the same for the next two decades, indicating a consistent demand for housing.  Low interest rates, ample inventory and federal homeownership incentives make Austin area property an appealing investment. (ABOR)

Talk to anyone who has lived in Austin for any amount of time and they'll tell you, "I wouldn't live anywhere else." Not only is Austin the capital of Texas, but it has become known as the "Live Music Capital of the World" and ranks as the fourth largest city in the state.

But what really makes Austin so special is its diverse and exciting background of people.  From cowboys to hippies, from the laid back attitude to its sophisticated arts and cultural scene, from the University crowd to the working class, Austin has it all.  That includes beautiful scenery as well.  Simply put, Austin has too much to offer to put into words. Visit the Austin Chamber of Commerce website to learn more about our great city.
